Radha Sneh Bihari Ji is 200-300 metres from Banke Bihari – most pilgrims walk past it without knowing it exists. The temple is on the same lane system as Banke Bihari’s approach. Govind Devi Ji Mandir is consistently described as “partially ruined” in a way that undersells it. Yes, four stories were demolished.
