1. Tour Cancellations by Customers

• Full Refund: If you cancel your booking 7 days or more before the tour start date, we will issue a full refund, minus any applicable processing fees.
• Partial Refund: If you cancel 3-6 days before the tour start date, a 50% refund will be issued.
• No Refund: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the tour start date will not be eligible for a refund.

2. Cancellations by Mathura Vrindavan Tourism

• In rare instances, we may have to cancel or reschedule tours due to unforeseen circumstances, such as extreme weather, local restrictions, or other factors beyond our control. In these cases, you will be offered:
  • A full refund, or
  • The option to reschedule your tour for a later date, based on availability.

3. Rescheduling Policy

• You may reschedule your booking up to 3 days before your tour date at no extra charge, subject to availability. Please contact us at info@mathuravrindavantourism.com to arrange a new date.
• If you wish to reschedule within 48 hours of your tour date, additional charges may apply.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

• We cannot offer refunds for missed tours due to late arrival, failure to appear, or other personal factors beyond our control.
• Certain seasonal or special-event tours may have specific refund policies outlined during booking.

5. Refund Process

• All approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method used during booking. Please allow for additional processing time depending on your bank or card provider.
